個人簡介 

劉勝,男,漢族,中共黨員,緻力于電子材料與器件基礎和應用研究,涉及多鐵磁電功能材料與器件、微波吸收材料以及電磁兼容技術等。湖南省青年骨幹教師培養對象,校級學術骨幹,校青年先進科技工作者;主持國家自然科學基金、湖南省教育廳優秀青年項目以及多項企業技術合作技術開發項目,參與國家重點研發計劃和省重大專項等省部級項目。
